The Gastronomic Vallarta Nayarit culinary event will celebrate its 14th edition. Each of the annual deliveries of this meeting have been special; however, this 2022 will be for the first time, the complete return to face-to-face events after the modifications that were suffered after the start of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Vallarta Nayarit Gastronómica bets on sustainability
This 14th edition has sustainability as its central theme, due to the urgency of taking this factor into account not only in the gastronomic, hotel and tourism industry, but also in daily life decisions.
With sustainability as the guiding axis of Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic 2022said culinary meeting will take place from October 12 to 18extending its activities for the first time to a full week full of activities that will show attendees not only the flavor of the region but also the great cultural and tourist offer of these destinations.
The venue will be the Sheraton Buganvilias Hotel in Vallarta Portwhere this meeting will take place, which serves as a bridge between the most relevant actors of the gastronomy and tourism, invited states and countries, as well as a privileged list of chefs, mixologists, bartenders, sommeliers, sustainability experts in their different fields, professionals and prominent speakers.
An event to taste and share
As part of the Vallarta Nayarit Gastronomic 2022 program, there will be live cooking demonstrations, wine and spirits tastings, gourmet workshops and keynote speeches by experts.
The issue of sustainability will be addressed from the opening conference by Joxe Mari Aizega, General Director of the Basque Culinary Center, one of the most prestigious gastronomic centers in the world in San Sebastian, Spain.
