Before its premiere at the Venice Film Festival, the Netflix film the good nurse has revealed its first trailer. the starring movie Jessica Chastain Y eddy redmayne in the lead roles is a dramatized retelling of a true crime story that rocked America’s medical world.
The new trailer sees Chastain as Amy Loughrenan overworked nurse and mother of two, and Redmayne as charlie cullen her “partner” and friend from the night shift. He slowly builds on her friendship and several sudden deaths that occur in the hospital as Amy struggles to discover the reality behind them.
The film is based on the 2013 book of the same name by Charles Graeber, which summarizes the heinous crimes of Charlie Cullen, a serial killer who claimed the lives of some 300 patients by feeding lethal amounts of drugs into their systems. In a 16-year medical career he claimed hospitals were “dehumanizing” his patients forcing him to commit murder and in some cases said he was doing his victims a “favor” by putting them out of their misery, however it is likely Many of them make a full recovery. From the looks of the trailer, both Chastain and Redmayne have done an excellent job of nuanced their characters. The trailer is exciting and at the same time makes you wonder who really cares for you within the four walls of a hospital. The feature film is directed by the Danish filmmaker Tobias Lindholm with script adapted by Krysty Wilson – Cairns which has features like last night in soho Y 1917 in his favor. Along with Chastain and Redmayne, the film also features Nnamdi Asomugha, Noah EmmerichY Kim Dickens.
