Netflix just released a new mystery thriller for us to obsess over. Luckiest Girl Alive has a cast full of people you’ve seen in other things, and it’s based on a bestselling book.

The Luckiest Girl is based on the best-selling novel of the same name by Jessica Knoll, and follows the perfectly crafted life of a writer in New York City as it begins to unravel when a true crime documentary forces her to confront their heartbreaking story in high school.

Here’s the full cast of Luckiest Girl Alive on Netflix, and where you recognize all their faces from.

Mila Kunis – Ani Fanelli

Mila Kunis is the lead in Luckiest Girl Alive, playing Ani FaNelli. You’ve definitely seen the 39-year-old megastar actress Mila on other shows and movies, especially That ’70s Show, Friends With Benefits, Ted, and Bad Moms. She is also the voice of Meg in Family Guy.

Finn Wittrock – Luke Harrison

Finn Wittrock plays Luke Harrison, Ani’s fiancé. Finn, 37, is a Netflix staple, having appeared in American Horror Story and as Edmund Tolleson in Ratched.

Connie Britton-Dina

Ani’s mother, Dina, is played by 55-year-old actress Connie Britton. Yes, the Connie Britton who played Debra Newell in the first season of Dirty John. Connie has been to a lot of things including Friday Night Lights, 9-1-1, Nashville, and the first season of American Horror Story.

Jennifer Beals – Lo Lo Vincent

Jennifer Beals plays LoLo Vincent, Ani’s boss in The Woman’s Bible. This is not the first time that she has acted alongside Mila Kunis, they were also together in the movie The Book of Eli. Jennifer made her feature film debut in My Bodyguard, before receiving critical acclaim for her role in Flashdance. She also appeared on The L Word.

Chiara Aurelia – The young Ani FaNelli

Chiara Aurelia plays Ani in flashbacks to when she was in high school. She is 20 years old in real life, but she has already appeared in titles like the Netflix horror movies Fear Street Part Two: 1978 and Gerald’s Game. She also played Jeanette Turner on the Freeform teen drama series Cruel Summer.

Thomas Barbusca-Arthur Finneman

Arthur Finneman, a school friend of Ani’s, is played by Thomas Barbusca. He is 19 years old in real life and is known for playing Chip Pemberton, one of three children on the television sitcom The Mick. He also starred in the film Middle School: The Worst Years of My Life and plays Drew, the camp bully, in the Netflix series Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp.

Scoot McNairy-Andrew Larson

Scoot McNairy is in the cast of Luckiest Girl Alive as Ani’s high school teacher, Mr. Larson. His most recent role was in the Netflix movie Blonde, but you might also recognize Scoot from Narcos: Mexico and Godless, both Netflix series.

Justine Lupe – Nell Rutherford

Ani’s best friend, Nell, is played by Justine Lupe. She played Willa in Succession, as well as having roles in Mr Mercedes, Cristela and The Marvelous Mrs Maisel.

Dalmar Abuzeid-Aaron Wickersham

In Luckiest Girl Alive, Aaron is the director of a crime documentary who invites Ani to tell her version of what happened when she was younger. He is played by Dalmar Abuzeid, who you may know from Degrassi: The Next Generation and Anne with an E.

Rebecca Ablack-Beth Fuller

Rebecca Ablack plays Beth in scenes at school with Ani. You definitely recognize Rebecca as Ginny and Georgia’s Padma, and she’s Raymond Ablack’s sister, also Ginny and Georgia’s!
