PTOP Announces Release of Third Quarter Financials and Offers Technology

Cambridge, MA, August 30, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Peer To Peer Network, also known as MobiCard (OTC Pink: PTOP), announces today that it has met filing requirements and released its third quarter financial statements. (June 30) on OTC Markets.

PTOP believes that the assets will increase considerably once the MOBICARD™ 2.0 applications are also complete. “Getting rid of our debt and growing our assets is a no-brainer for the balance sheet and my duty to increase the value of the company, things just keep looking up for PTOP shareholders,” said President and CEO Joshua Sodaitis.

PTOP is pleased to announce that MOBICARD™ 2.0 is over 50% complete!

PTOP held a conference call with CEO and Tech Team Leader Nick Santanta on Friday, August 5. The agenda for this conference call was to seek a progress report detailing what has been accomplished and what remains to be done, as well as the timeline. to complete MOBICARD™ 2.0.

“I told you that we are not Think Latitude and that we would meet the deadline according to the contract. We’re 100% done with wireframes, but keep in mind that wireframes don’t cover all features. With 100% done on the wireframe, it marks our full 50% point in the contract. Wireframes are mockups of the user experience and overall theme. Using those schemas, we will create additional views that we will incorporate into the application. We will add additional components. More additional functionality to use the theme for a cohesive user experience. We are on track to finish exactly as we anticipated. There have been no slowdowns, bugs or issues that would slow us down,” exclaimed Nick Santana.

“The body of work for this project involves revamping the MOBICARD™ 1.0 mobile app to reflect the wireframe design, incorporating all current MOBICARD™ 2.0 functionality, and additional functionality that was outlined in the contract. Based on the analysis that Jay Wallace and I (Nicholis Santana) have done, we have passed the 50% completion mark as of today, August 16. Additional functionality and implementation of all functionality not shown in the wireframe consists of approximately 35% of the project. The other 65% of this coding sprint consists of Xamarin frontend structure, styling, incorporating the existing backend, and converting all views provided by the PTOP designer,” explained Nicholis Santana.

The new enhanced MOBICARD™ 2.0 platform, when fully developed, will provide eCards containing direct contact links for the cardholder’s phone numbers, addresses, websites and social media web pages; your entire fingerprint. The system includes a central server to automatically store and update all electronic business cards to keep all cardholders and recipients fully up-to-date on all of their card contact information. One of PTOP’s granted patents covering 19 specific claims will be used in the new MOBICARD™2.0 applications, as PTOP’s CEO ensured that the company did not sacrifice any of the patented features. The three most notable are shared logic, 3dr exchange of parts and analysis of data shared by a link. Data analytics will be the most coveted part of the app for users as it will provide them with data and insights about those who open and view their card. Knowing who to follow up with and when is a value-added proposition that no other digital business card brings to the table like MOBICARD™2.0

MOBICARD™ 2.0 is going to change the rules of the game. There is no other company yet that has the proprietary solutions that PTOP has under our existing granted patents. In addition, CEO Sodaitis contacted the patent attorney and plans to file a new patent just as the new MOBICARD™ 2.0 applications are released to cover some new patented solutions/features. We’ll be the only company with data analytics showing who opened your card, who clicked on your website, who clicked on your social media, who clicked on your audio message, etc., letting you know who spend your time. Certainly someone who spends 20 minutes clicking all your links is a better prospect than someone who spends 20 seconds and just opened their card. MOBICARD™ 2.0 will also enable QR card sharing so people can share their cards more quickly. Some of the app edits that PTOP is making were simple design layouts that will make a big difference to the user experience. For example, it was confusing how Think Latitude had configured the 1St. page that people see. Many people tried “login” instead of “register”. The new screen will be a clear, concise and easy to understand process.

“These fixes alone will add many more users, in our opinion, reducing the confusion and frustration of the registration process. Bear in mind that Latitude didn’t include a way for people to double-check what password a user was entering, and if you have fat thumbs like me, you’ll still get a generic error message when trying to create a new account (because your passwords wouldn’t match the password confirmation box) frustrating the user trying to guess what the problem was. That problem is solved by simply placing the (eye) icon so that people can see your password and confirm the password to make sure they match. I am very excited about the debut of apps that I can finally market after having to fix problem after problem. This new MOBICARD™ 2.0 platform will be the application platform that we have all imagined. We’re looking at a release in late September, early October. We’ll be testing for bugs and, like last time, letting beta testers help us test new apps. If you are interested in being a beta tester for the new apps, please send an email including the make and model of phone you have along with your name and contact details for [email protected] . Owner = Beta Tester 2.0. We should be testing very soon. Once we make sure there are no issues or the issues are fixed, we will begin a press, marketing and media blitz like never before,” President and CEO Josh Sodaitis concluded.
