neighbours star Daniel MacPherson and We are Favorite Milo Ventimiglia has joined the cast of Russell Crowe’s next big screen project.
Noble land of evilthis film will start production later in the month with Submarine director Will Eubank calling the shots (via Variety).
Western world Regular Luke Hemsworth is also part of the cast, along with Liam Hemsworth (The Hunger Games), Ricky Whittle (american gods) and Chika Ikogwe (The Turist).
MacPherson is well known for playing Joel Samuels on the soap opera Ramsay Street, and recently returned for his final episodes.

land of evil It features Crowe’s Air Force drone pilot, Reaper, in the southern Philippines assisting with a Delta Force special operations assignment.
The official synopsis reveals: “After the mission goes terribly wrong, Reaper has 48 hours to remedy what has turned into a savage rescue operation. The top-notch team, led by Cpt Sugar (Ventimigila) and Sergeant Abel (Luke Hemsworth) is redeployed to go back and retrieve his captured man and the asset.
They are joined by Kinney (Liam Hemsworth), a green Air Force JTAC officer, who finds himself caught up in the middle of a high-stakes extraction.

“But the ground mission suddenly takes a turn and turns into a full-scale battle when the team is spotted by the enemy. With no weapons and no communication other than the drone above, Reaper becomes the only ticket out of the young operator.
This is a different role from Oscar winner Crowe, who more recently injected some godly quirkiness into the Marvel Cinematic Universe as Thor: God and Thunderit is Zeus.
