A newspaper ad for a law school has been making the rounds on the internet for a fun reason. He makes a comparison between Gabriel Macht’s Harvey Specter from the successful American television series Suits and Jagdishwar Mishra, played by Akshay Kumar in the Hindi film Jolly LLB 2.

The full page advertisement is for the Indore Law Institute. It features the images of the two characters placed with the text that reads, “You can be Harvey Specter or Jagdishwar Mishra, the choice is yours.” For those who don’t know, in the American series, Harvey Specter is one of the most sought-after lawyers in the US Whereas, Jagdishwar Mishra is a struggling Lucknow-based lawyer who dares to fight a legal battle against a lawyer experienced and cunning and wins.

Sharing the photo, the user joked, “I want the trust that Indore universities have.”

The post has drawn a lot of attention on Twitter.

“I like how this is open to interpretation, they are not making definitive claims about what they will do to you,” one user wrote.

It seems that the creative ad can not be grasped by everyone.

“Indore Law Institute >>> Harvard Law School,” one user wrote noting that Harvey Specter graduated from the prestigious Harvard Law School.

Some wanted everyone to imagine Harvey graduating from the Indore Institute of Law.

Many jumped at the chance to tie Saul Goodman or Jimmy McGill from the TV series Better Call Saul. The character, who is a lawyer in the series, has been played by actor Bob Odenkirk.

The ad first went viral in 2020 and has now resurfaced.
