Tickets are now on sale for the theatrical release of One Piece Film: Red, two months after the film opened in Japan to record sales.

tickets for One Piece Film: Red are already available for purchase the same day as the beginning of the New York Comic Con. Toei Guest Animation “fans, cosplayers, convention goers, visitors, and New Yorkers” will take over New York’s Times Square on October 8 to celebrate the anime film. On the same day as the acquisition of Times Square, Toei Animation and Crunchyroll will host a One Piece Film: Red panel with the assistance of the Japanese team and the English voice actors.
Released in Japan on August 6, 2022, One Piece Film: Red has broken box office records with approximately $103 million in sales just 45 days after its initial release date. The anime film is by far the most profitable of One pieceThe previous 15 film installments and currently holds the record as the 7th highest-grossing anime film in history. Uta takes center stage
The official synopsis for the film reads: “Uta, the world’s most beloved singer whose voice has been described as ‘otherworldly’, is known for hiding her own identity when performing. Original manga creator Eiichiro Oda is serving as the film’s executive producer with Goro Taniguchi directing and Tsutomu Kuroiwa writing the script. Aside from the crew, several original One piece voice actors reprise their roles in One Piece: Red Movie. For example, Mayumi Tanaka returns as Monkey D. Luffy Shūichi Ikeda as Red-Haired Shanks.
One Piece Film: Red revealed the full English voice acting cast ahead of their NYCC panel. The English version features YouTube star AmaLee as a new character named Uta, while Japanese singer Ado performs Uta’s songs. Other English VAs include Matt Mercer as Law and Colleen Clinkenbeard Caroll in her usual role as Luffy.
One Piece Film: Red opens in theaters on November 3 in Australia and New Zealand and on November 4 in the United States and Canada. Advance tickets are available to purchase at Fandango.
