College Football Scores: Full Results, Week 1 Top 25 Game Highlights

Saturday marks the first complete slate of college football games in 2022, with all but one of the top 25 remaining teams playing.

Where to start? That would be No. 8 Michigan vs. Colorado State or No. 13 NC State in East Carolina, the first nationally televised games involving the top 25 teams. Of course, the biggest games don’t start until 3:30 pm when defending college football playoff champion No. 3 Georgia takes on No. 11 Oregon in Atlanta.

There’s also college football playoff destroyer No. 23 Cincinnati at No. 19 Arkansas in that time slot, and No. 7 Utah at Florida at 7 p.m. Fans who want to see the top-ranked team in the country, Alabama, they will have to go. to the SEC Network as the Crimson Tide takes on Utah State before a blockbuster game against Texas in Week 2.

But Saturday’s biggest game is undoubtedly the meeting of Midwest powerhouses: No. 5 Notre Dame, led by first-year coach Marcus Freeman, against his alma mater, No. 2 Ohio State.
