The headliner of the second Friday night of high school football in the Bay Area was under the attention of the entire country.
But make no mistake: There was plenty of good football in Week 2 beyond the matchup between No. 1 De La Salle and No. 2 Serra. There was another matchup of the Bay Area News Group’s Top 25 teams in the Top 10, between No. 7 Bellarmine and No. 9 McClymonds.
The Bay Area News Group Scoreboard provides all the scores from the weekend’s action.
Check back every Saturday for our roundup, which is updated throughout the day with the highlights and top performers from across the area.
