Deadline reports that the film student has added some serious acting talent to his latest film. Leon Addison Brown, Whoopi Goldberg, Alec Baldwin, Y Jeffrey Wright have jumped on board the project, which is now in the process of wrapping up principal photography. Parker, the son of actors Mary Louise Parker Y billy crudupshot the film with top-tier acting talent in New York City on a miniscule budget, not unlike his first feature film, Winks forty.


attractive tells the story of Steven Joyner as he tries to solve the mystery behind his son’s sudden death, which he believes may have been made up. The title refers to a bar where those stricken with grief go to heal and go on with the rest of their lives.

Parker’s first film, winks forty, is available to watch via premium video on demand through Amazon Prime Video. The plot synopsis reads: “A struggling hypnotist in New York City is blackmailed into becoming the world’s first male hypnotist after a mysterious woman discovers his title is fake.”

The filmmaker had previously enlisted his parents to be part of his student features, and Crudup revealed the youngster’s directing methods. “He’s a creative powerhouse and he likes to write and direct his own stuff in school,” he previously told US Weekly. “One of his movies recently starred his mom and me, so he gets all the best talent right there.” Although grateful for his parents’ help in completing the project, Crudup admitted that his son occasionally had harsh words about the level of his own work. “He likes to criticize… So that’s fun. But is he [also] incredibly supportive.”
