How much would a retrofit cost, and who can do one? Better headlights FTW, but I have other things I'd rather buy :(

I know a guy that charges $300 to do the retrofit. I dunno if he does them for 350z's though.
I intend to do mine myself still, just not right this second.

Do you have any pics of them on a Z? I have heard of people replacing our 06 lenses with STI ones, but not TSX lenses.

IMO the TSX projectors are the best ones out there. I have not seen them in person retrofitted yet, but stock for stock from experience the TSX lights are far superior to both the STI and S2k lights.

yeah I know. I was thinking about replacing the lenses in my 06 lamps with these but decided that I wanted to get fogs in the low bumper ducts... fogs would kill the purpose of the cutoff upgrade hehe

The TL projectors are the hot ticket right now for guys retrofitting them into older cars right now. They are bi-xenon so you would have both low and high beams. TSX only gives you low beams.

...But if you need a projector for a car with a single beam (i.e. a g35 low beam), then the tsx would be a great projector for the low beam replacement. However, you could use a TL projector for the high/fog lights on the g35. I think this was what Paul was referring to..retrofitting the TSX into the low beam of a g35 headlight...correct me if i'm wrong though :)

depends on what year headlamps you are running. If you have the newer 06+ lamps, then you could put these projectors into the fog position.
If I knew a simple way of sealing these off and putting them in the low ducts in the bumper, then I'd put em down there....
