Bike Rack

I have search on the internet for some solutions for a bike rack. Does anyone here use one or know of one that works well the the Z and easily removeable?

Easiest thing to do is buy a slammed VW with a yakima rack on top....

There is one old man in Auburn with one, looks like total shit. Hangs out the back of the car. It has rubbed the paint off the bumper and lip of the hatch and even worn grooves into the bumper.
