So today, I was at church and the Z wouldn't start.

I think it's the fuel pump, I cut the car on and I don't hear it pumping.

What are the possible connections not making cut on, and if it turns out to be the fuel pump, what is the best way to access it?

And the fuse.

Have someone turn the key on while you try to mash the fuel line next to the filter with your fingers. You should feel the pressure build up if it is working.

We replaced the fuse, it took forever to start. I unplugged my radio on suspicion that it might be electrical interference. It started.

I think it might be time for a new water pump.

Sometimes a electric pump going bad will require more amps to run, so sometimes it will work when the car is on and the alternator running but not when trying to crank.

Whoops, yeah I did.

I've replaced the water pump before though.
