Hey guys,

Anyone know a strut tower bar that will fit the hr motor??
I am 0-2 so far. Gt-spec carbon fiber bar and the rotora carbon bar both do not fit. And oddly look identical. What do you guys think???

Like I was saying this past weekend man, the strut bar isn't going to give you much better handling. I think sway bars would make a much bigger difference. I'll see what I can dig up on them though.

I don't think I can fit a rear aftermarket sway bar on with the stollen exhaust. I am also looking for a little dress up in the engine bay with a strut bar.

all aftermarkets sways should fit even with your exhaust, they are only MM thicker, as for strut bars its purely a appearance thing for Z since yall have one stock, maybe a little weight savings, but IMHO its not worth it

Yeah, if you still have your stock strut bar, definitely go for the sways. I got the Hotchkis V2 adjustable sway bars and they made a huge difference. If you want to make your engine bay look different, you could always paint or have the stock bar powdercoated for a different look. Just an idea.

Thanks for the input guys. For reference I think the jic magic bars fit. I'm just pissed that I sent to 2 shows picked up 2 bars and neither fit. Pain inthe ass factor for shipping them back. Anyway sways are def on the list I just thought they would not fit with the stillen duals. Hope I'm wrong.

If your stock sways fit, more than likely aftermarket sways will fit. As long as your stock sways aren't practically touching your exhaust, aftermarket will be fine as they should only be millimeters thicker than stock.
