Just found out about this forum from someone on 3ZC.

I've been a member of 3ZC, Z-Car.com and TT.net for several years, and have been driving Z's before some of you were probably born.

Current Z is a pearl yellow 300ZX NA, but if I can't find a clean Twin before much longer, it will be going under the knife at Z-Solutions.

Nope, he works over at Franklin Automotive off Acton Rd. He still has his ZSolutions shop in Alabaster, though. He did the swap on my black slicktop, and it was flawless and ran/runs amazingly from the first final day of the swap.

I may have him do my next swap, but I might just do it myself. The only way I'd ever convert an NA is if it were a slicktop or convertible. The stock TTs are cheap now anyway; for any Z32 over 120k miles, the NAs are worth the same or more than a TT. I'd find a decent stock TT and sell your NA; you'll appreciate the extra funds in the bank and lack of headaches down the road.

My preference is to find a nice TT and keep the NA for a DD. As long as I've been driving Z's, it's hard to think about anything else for the commute to and from work.

If you come across any clean Twins (meaning no body kits/relatively minor upgrades) let me know - manual is preferred.

Brad bought a '92 TT that was originally a Canadian car, so it has the 94+ style suede interior with the newer style seat belts. It's gorgeous, black on black with no mods. The ps turbo was seized, so he pulled the motor and is replacing the turbos. He plans to sell it to make some cash, so hit him up and see how much he wants for it. I recall the mileage not being too high either. If I had the money, I'd buy it for sure.

I finally got a chance to talk with Brad and he told me that the guy decided to fix the car, so it isn't for sale. If you see or hear of anything else, let me know.
