Cleaned the Z and took her to the track today...

Decided sense it was such a beautiful day today that I was going to clean the car up & take her up the track to meet up with fellow z'er Brad from Z Solutionz. With having to wait till Blacktwin got home from work before I could get to the track, I took three hours to clean up the car. Ended up clay barring her, polishing her, and waxing her. The finish was beautiful in the end.

Only took two runs,
First run I ended up spinning real bad in first and missed third bad but ran

Second run I had some hook up issues in 1st-3rd but ran

maybe auto's I've been running 14.1's all day long. If I put the stockies on probably be running high 13's

Yeah I dunno what's up with our Zs. It really disappoints me. My old Z STOCK was running 13.9s on the stock 17s/Potenzas. Then w/ popcharger - 13.8 and with headers/test pipes - 13.6. This Z I have popcharger, exhaust and plenum spacer and can't break 13s.. what a bunch of bullshit.

yea but eric look at what you have a fucking sexy ass car. i have only been to two different drag strips one was the 1/8 and the other a 1/4
given that i only owned the car about a week before it hit the strip it was bone stock and ran 13.8@102
1/8 bone stock with a hole in the i/c ran 8.79 dont remember the trap speed.
im a little more modded now but its still a damn neon. who cares if your cars that fast its sick as hell. its kind of like when guys own a ferrari f430 and get beat by a supra, yea u beat a ferrari. But that other guy drives a ferrari and u still drive a supra.
