Traded my '03 Super Black 350Z...
for this '04.5 Lemans Sunset 350Z with 12,885 miles on it on September 8, 2006.
It came with a carbon fiber engine cover, a Nismo cold air intake, and Nismo headers.
It also came with a Nismo exhaust.
The first thing I did was have the tint strip removed and the whole windshield tinted to match the windows.
The second thing I did was add the Nismo stickers to the hood and hatch. I am a Nismo fanatic :)
Next, I replaced the amber turn signal bulbs with chrome turn signal bulbs.
Then, I had the battery and brake fluid covers painted to match in order to dress up the engine bay.
In March '07, Byron and I were headed to Lookout Mountain Parkway for some spirited mountain driving when my front bumper got owned by this piece of metal...
As a result, I got a new front bumper, complete with a Nismo V1 lip and a Varis carbon fiber intake duct.
Then, for my birthday, Rachel got me some Rain-X Latitude Wipers as part of my present.
Later on in April, I got to dyno the car at Forged Performance in Atlanta to see how much wheel horsepower it was making.
In May, I got my Nismo V1 spoiler installed just in time for ZDayZ '07.
In October '07, and thanks to my friend Chris, I got an awesome deal on some '06 LED tail lights.
For Christmas '07 I got a set of 18" Nismo LMGT4s. The front wheels are 8.5" +25 offset and the rear wheels are 9.5" +30 offset. The tires are Toyo T1Rs, 245/40/18 in the front and 275/40/18 in the back.
For Valentine's Day '08 Rachel got me some carbon fiber inserts for the Z emblems as part of my present.
Nismo RS Concept hood added 12/5/2008.

Just go by your book :) I still need to make me one of those. And yeah...your mod list is a little longer than mine, haha.

I was going to wait until the car was done to post pictures, but I couldn't hold out :icon01:
Anyways, I figure most everyone knows by now I ordered a Nismo style V2 front bumper from Shine with carbon fiber canards, JDM style side skirts and rear valences.
Front bumper.
Carbon fiber canards.
Sideskirts.
Rear valences.
I carried them to the body shop.
Dropped the car off and Shawn test fit the pieces for me.
The pieces fit pretty well. They needed some work, but overall it was a pretty good fit. Shawn and Kevin prepped all the pieces and I went back to the body shop later and watched Shawn spray the first layer of primer on them.
Front bumper with the first layer of primer.
Sideskirt with the first layer of primer.
Rear valences with the first layer of primer.
And lastly, the Z chillin' at the body shop.
More pictures coming...

Holy crap that's an awesome kit you got for your car!
Time for the real question, how much horsepower does it add? :p

my guess is at least 300. david you should have let me rock your wheels for a photo shoot while your car was at the shop.

It's addition, not subtraction.

It's addition, not subtraction.
Ordinarily, yes. But in this case, it's definitely subtraction....i mean come on, it's lemans sunset.....definitely subtraction bahahahaha

Any power lost by painting it LS is made up for in the CF canards, so I think it balances out.
David, I actually do want to get a good run against you now that I have the lighter flywheel. I think it would be a good race.

Yep, the CF canards definitely make up for the difference.
