Anyone have experience with dying leather seats? I have seen it on a few cars now and always personally wanted a red interior, or a saddle color interior. Furnitureclinic.co.uk sells all the products and has some videos out there that actually look quite simple, it honestly looks like the hardest part will be taking out my interior and disassembling everything. If yall know anyone in Birmingham who does this professionally in the Birmingham area can you toss me a phone number? I may try this on an old leather seat sitting in the garage to see if it works haha :D

Honestly, I would take the leather seat covers off and take them to a professional upholstry shop to let them dye it. Who knows how good the dye will work if you do it yourself. Last thing you want is to get out of your car and your butt and back are pink or red from the red dye bleeding off.

no i want do seats in this car red, was thinking another car, me and my dad are in the process of restoring an old El Camino. We need a whole new interior and im just looking at options. Although if I am going to keep my car black, i would like to black suede the pillars and the roof area. Probably paint all those ugly silver pieces either gloss black or flat black too
